All keys must be returned, or a $25.00 fee will be charged to your credit card.
No smoking inside, smoking is permitted on the porches only with outside door completely closed. Please do not empty ash trays in the house garbage. We will clean them frequently.
Children 12 and over are welcomed(Under certain conditions, younger children may be allowed, call first). Any guests are your responsibility, no overnight guest without prior registration.
All guests of guests must register with staff.
All rates are double occupancy. A 24 hour cancellation policy, or a one night stay will be charged to your credit card.
We live only 1 mile from here, and we will also be here at our office Monday thru Friday 8-5
