The house dates to around 1895, we bought the house in 2001 from the Edwards family, who had owned it for over 100 years. It still had cheese-cloth paper on all the walls and needed updating. We started complete renovations October 2004. We keep most of the house as original as possible, including the long leaf pine floor. Updated the kitchen and baths. Painted the outside close to the color of the house from early 1900, with bright modern colors inside.
Currently Mannix Media Advertising Agency is located inside, with our newest venture E-House Bed and Breakfast. Stop by for a visit.
